● The interior is divided into two sets of asphalt debarrel heating and asphalt heating. The heating part of the asphalt barrel removal is located in the asphalt barrel removal chamber, and heating coils are uniformly distributed around the heating tube. The heating tube and the asphalt barrel mainly exchange heat by radiation. After the asphalt is heated and softened, it flows into the asphalt heating compartment to achieve the purpose of asphalt barrel removal. ● Asphalt heating system mainly relies on heat transfer oil to exchange heat with asphalt through steel pipes, and continues to heat the asphalt that has come out of the barrel. The temperature was brought to the pumping temperature (110 ° C).
● After the asphalt reaches the pumping temperature, start the asphalt pump. Through the asphalt pipeline system, it will come out from one end of the debarrel chamber and drive into the other end of the debarrel chamber for circulation. And after no water, pump into the asphalt storage tank. In the asphalt pipeline system, a filtering device is provided to automatically remove the slag inclusions in the barreled asphalt.
